Your not-to-miss Parade stop
Barefoot Village is your must-see stop on this year’s Parade of Homes. The annual home showcase, hosted by the Homebuilders Association of Denver, shines a spotlight on the region’s newest and most innovative architecture, home design and interior décor.
At Barefoot Village, that means touring eight inspired homes ranging from spacious single-family and perfectly sized townhomes to quaint cottage homes. In other words, a variety that includes something for everyone. And that’s just the homes official in the tour, there are 19 Barefoot models in total!

Stick around. Walk around. Paddle around.
After touring the homes, tour the community. Head down to the water, walk around the lake and enjoy Barefoot in the summertime. If your tour is on Saturday or Sunday, you can even rent a paddleboard from Rocky Mountain Paddleboard. And if Barefoot feels like the something you could get used to, homes start from the high $300s to $800s (and some are move-in ready) so you can do more than dream about living the Barefoot life.
Sweetening the deal on Saturdays
Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary sweet treat. On Saturdays get a delectable treat at participating Parade homes, while supplies last. It’s a way of saying thanks for stopping by.
Grow & Gather • Friday Aug 14 • 5p–8p
Got Friday evening plans? Friday, August 14, 5:00pm to 8:00pm is Grow & Gather at Barefoot — a monthly makers market, featuring local makers, bakers, growers and artists, along with live music, food trucks and a kids’ corner. Whether you’re around for the Parade or not, put this on your calendar.
