A Season of Special Inventives.

And other reasons to buy at Barefoot now

If you've been waiting for the right time to buy a new home, this could very well be it. Because for a limited time, Barefoot's builders are offering some pretty impressive fall incentives. We're talking special financing, low interest rates and offers that could make your move a whole lot easier.

We encourage you to stop by our model row in Barefoot Village to speak with a builder representative about the specifics of their incentives. But here’s a little overview to get you started:

Pulte Homes has a 4.875% limited promotion rate on a 7/6 ARM for the first seven years.

American Legend Homes has two offers: close on a select quick move-in home by December 31, 2026 and receive a special “Move-in Ready Trio” package valued at $45,000. OR contract on a to-build home plan by December 31, 2026 and receive up to $25,000 to use to buy a lower rate, apply to closing costs or to reduce the price.

As for the other reasons? Read on.

A brand-new home
Barefoot has modern floorplans, current architectural designs, new appliances, greater energy efficiency and less immediate maintenance.

Amazing variety
With four builders and 19 models, you can tour and compare floorplans, prices and even ready-now homes, all in one place.

An amenity-filled community
Barefoot has two signature lakes, a pool, trails, parks, playgrounds and plenty of places to play and gather. And there’s even more coming (including another pool).

An active community calendar
We love a good get-together at Barefoot, from our popular Grow & Gather monthly makers market to seasonal celebrations. (Not to mention a social group or club for all sorts of interests).

Our models are open daily. But the builder incentives are only happening for a limited time. What will be your reason to come visit?
