Barefoot Village continues to grow

Barefoot Village is introducing three more models at the second Model Home Unveiling Event, Saturday, March 21st. Stop by between 10am and 3pm to tour the new models by American Legend Homes and Richmond American Homes, be treated to barista-crafted beverages, enjoy seasonal activities and receive a gift. And if you haven’t already, take a look at the ten models from Brookfield Residential, Pulte Homes and Richmond American Homes that officially opened at the end of January. It’s a wonderful way to see firsthand the thoughtful design and planning that has gone into each home. New homes in Barefoot Village are priced from the $400s to $800s+. 

About the three new models

 Barefoot Village’s newest models by American Legend Homes and Richmond American Homes include single-family homes from the $600s. In keeping with the neighborhood’s “village vibe,” you can expect to see details like front porches — made for connecting with nature and neighbors, or simply watching the world go by. About the ten models already open

Barefoot Village’s three new models join ten that opened on January 24.
